Andrew J. Scott
Andrew J. Scott is a Professor of Economics at London Business School and a research fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research. He is a global authority on the economics of longevity. Scott advises governments and financial institutions on how an aging population will reshape the global economy.\n\nHe is the co-author of The 100-Year Life: Living and Working in an Age of Longevity and The Longevity Imperative. Scott argues that we need to stop thinking of "aging" (getting old) and start thinking of "longevity" (living longer). He proposes that the traditional three-stage life (education, work, retirement) is breaking down. His work offers a framework for a multi-stage life, where we constantly re-skill and take breaks to sustain a 60-year career.
