Andrew Likierman

Sir Andrew Likierman is a Professor of Management Practice and the former Dean of the London Business School. He has had a distinguished career in both academia and public service, having served as the Head of the UK Government Accountancy Service. Likierman was knighted for his services to the public sector.\n\nHe is a leading expert on Judgment. While he has written extensively for HBR (e.g., "The Elements of Good Judgment"), he focuses on judgment as the defining skill of leadership.
