Andrew Likierman
Sir Andrew Likierman is a Professor of Management Practice and the former Dean of the London Business School. He has had a distinguished career in both academia and public service, having served as the Head of the UK Government Accountancy Service. Likierman was knighted for his services to the public sector.\n\nHe is a leading expert on Judgment. While he has written extensively for HBR (e.g., "The Elements of Good Judgment"), he focuses on judgment as the defining skill of leadership. Likierman argues that in an age of AI and data, the human ability to synthesize information and make a choice is the only thing that cannot be automated. He breaks judgment down into six components, including listening and checking biases.
