Asheesh Advani

Asheesh Advani is the President and CEO of JA Worldwide (Junior Achievement), one of the world's largest NGOs dedicated to youth empowerment. He is a social entrepreneur and a former tech founder who created CircleLending (acquired by Virgin Group). Advani specializes in entrepreneurship education and financial inclusion.\n\nHe is the co-author of Modern Achievement (with Marshall Goldsmith). Advani challenges the old definition of success as a linear climb up a ladder. He argues that in a volatile world, young people need a new mindset focused on adaptability and purpose.
