Dorothy Carnegie
Dorothy Carnegie (Dorothy Reeder Carnegie) was the wife of Dale Carnegie and a significant figure in the development of the Carnegie training empire. She was instrumental in helping her husband build and expand the Dale Carnegie Institute. After his death, she continued to champion his work.\n\nShe is the author of How to Help Your Husband Get Ahead and Don't Grow Old – Grow Up!. While some of her titles reflect the social norms of the 1950s, her work focused on the role of the supportive partner and personal maturity. She applied the principles of How to Win Friends and Influence People to the domestic and social sphere, advocating for lifelong growth and the importance of social intelligence for women.
